Software Freedom Day (Singapore) 2009

We had some struggles with hosting, but our site is now fully operational:

http://softwarefreedomday.sg/

Software Freedom Day (Singapore) 2009 is being organized by the Free and Open Source Alliance (Singapore) http://fosa.sg/, in partnership with the National Library Board of Singapore http://nlb.gov.sg and the Open Source Software Society of SMU http://os3.sg. The complete list of programs and participants is now available on the site.

This once a year event brings together all of the Free and Open Source groups in Singapore, as well as drawing participants and sponsors from other countries.

This year, we have expanded the event to cover two days. There will be three tracks of activities. On Friday, 18 September, the Overview Sessions will be held in the National Library Building. On Saturday, 19 September, the Public Exhibits will be held on the open air plaza of the National Library Building. Simultaneously, the Technical Sessions will be held at the School of Information Systems at Singapore Management University.
