Apticoders is an enthusiastic alumni of Roland Institute of Technology, who had initiated the "ECFOSS" or "Engineers Community for Free & Open Source Software" at the above mentioned college. They had dedicated their efforts in the successful formation of a students forum for discussing FOSS implementation in different fields of government offices and educational institutes.
Now even after passing out of the institute, many of them have still been serving for promoting and developing FOSS in the local community. Hence these have joined their hands to create a community who are aware of FOSS and its advantages.
