A campus community of FOSS advocates, teachers and students.
This community aims to spread awareness of Free and Open Source Software to our Institute and locality. Admittedly, not very many in our city (or country, for that matter) are aware, or even bother about open source whatever. More "practical life issues" concern them. But we are Open Source Enthusiasts, so more than just awareness, we spread our enthusiasm, and the spirit of open source. And most especially, in our local context, the fact that this computer stuff is now undeniably a part of our "practical life issues."
Well, serious part done, we say only one thing: "We do it because we can." (char)
