Last shows the optimistic SFD local season - early spring. SFD3 coincided precisely with Christchurch's ecological spring start marker - the return of the beach-dwelling godwit birds, 11,000km from Alaska. The weather was sunny and balmy - we could not have asked for better timing
Beginnings of Team Christchurch report:
CDs given out - 100. Estimated attendance - 150. SFD5 - in the Chch streets, within one month..
