Scarborough, on the Gold Coast of the North East, has had its first organising meeting for this years Software Freedom Day.
After a bad experience last year when it rained we have moved inside. We have booked some room in Scarborough's Main Library on Veron Road. The downstairs foyer area has been booked, together with a three panel table top stand, this year I intend to remain warm and dry.
Promotional material is being produced, blank disks stockpiled.
