This is the Wiki-Page for members of lug Marl and Dorsten as well as supporters from lug Oberhausen. Most of us participated in the FSD 2005. We have been in a shopping mall.

Dies ist die Wiki-Seite für Teilnehmer der lug Marl und Dorsten, sowie die Unterstützer der lug Oberhausen. Einige von uns nahmen am FSD 2005 Teil, in einem Einkaufzentrum sind wir auf die Leute zugegangen um über Freie Software zu berichten.

SFD 2006 planings/planung

In 2006 we and many other Linux User Groups meet in the town Essen and do an expo: "com2linux - linuxdays in essen" 16.9./17.9.

In the com2linux event, linux user groups present linux and their work. We have more than 900m² floor space for doing this in www.comin-start.de. We can use meeting-rooms, small and large. Last year Mr. Klaus Knopper did a presentation, and chances are good he will come in 2006 too.

Visitors can walk through a park of linux related topics: office, multimedia, servers, games and much more. The root of the event is linux, but since its all about free software we want to combine it with the software freedom day.
