      Mahadanapuram is an Village located in South India. Rajaram Computers is an Rural Based Training Centre focus mainly on Rural Computer Education.
      Rajaram Computers is working and training on FOSS. It has developed a package MilkPro with partial utilization of Open Source Product and implemented successfully in Milk Producers Co-Operative Society.
      Dr. Meena, Pricipal of Shrimati Indira Gandhi College, Trichy, India  was invited as the cheif guest for the Software Freedom Day Celebration at Rajaram Computers, Mahadanapuram, India on Sept 16.
      The Whole programme was organised in the regional language Tamil.
      During the day she gave a lecture about Software Freedom and released the CD for Public Distribution at Mahadanapuram.(Photo Attached)
      She also distributed Certificate to Students who attended the Software Freedom Day - Computer Awareness Camp. (Photo Attached)
      Dr. Meena is responsible for lot of Social and Computer Related Activities in India.

Also announced opening schedule of SFD and further plans. TV9 is not a national tv, but most of populations of Ulaanbaatar, capital of Mongolia, watch this channel regarding to Media Institute of Mongolia.

    * beta test of XEN on Pservers, for R&D on university of economics
    * provide a platform for handling localization of projects such as openoffice, mozilla, and so on
    * would be part of OpenAkademia project, which has aim of teaching OSS in schools (all school sectors)

  4. Team: Mongolian Team - on 28th September we completed rsyncing main part of Ubuntu mirror (http://ubuntu-mirror.mnosi.org), and we announced at our web site http://www.mnosi.org. Due to short in disk space, first we rsynced main part. But on 30th September we extended our disk space, and looking forward to have full and official Ubuntu mirror.

    • We are the Tunisian team who has organized SFD Tunisia 2006. We want to participate to the Best SFD 2006 event Competition as DFSA Team in Tunisia.
      Attached you can find our SFD report and some documents (zipped with 7-Zip) including photos, technical data sheets, poster, brochures, etc...
      Even the report is written in English, the other documents are written in French because we didn't have enough time to translate them.
      We hope these informations will help you to have a good idea about our DFSA Team and our SFD Tunisia Event.
